This service is ideal if you need help deciding what stays, what goes and what you may have to dig out of your pockets to create a space that makes your heart smile. You’re savvy to do some things on your own but need some direction so you don’t run off track and make bad decisions like you have before. With a plan in hand, you can feel confident to slide into this transformation at your own pace.
INCLUDED IN THIS SERVICE
- Analysis of all existing furnishings
- A scaled floorplan for furniture arrangement (main living/dining areas only)
- A concept board showing new and existing furnishings along with color and material story
- Maximum two scaled wall elevations demonstrating specialty features
- Detailed summary of any renovation recommendations and/or repurposing of existing pieces.
- Shopping list for new furnishings desired.

- Payment and acknowledgement of Virtual Design Terms and Policies
- Inspiration pictures you wish to share via Pinterest or Houzz
- Measurements of your space and inventory list (instructions provided)
- Photos of your space and furnishings (instructions provided)

- Virtual Design Services are delivered digitally.
- Material samples will be mailed when applicable and/or possible.
- On site consultation available to local clients who purchase package for additional $75.00 hourly fee.
- Starting package price limited to homes less than 1800sf. Larger homes will incur an upcharge.
